The third bedroom upstairs has a full bed, a twin bed, and a twin XL with twin XL trundle. Shared bathroom downstairs has combo tub/shower.
  • Open kitchen with electric appliances and an island. The dining nook is fixed with a large window looking out to the south with a dining table that seats 6. 4 more can be seated at the adjacent kitchen island. All dishes and small appliances are brand new in this newly remodeled home.
  • The living room is outfitted with large couches and even larger windows for enjoying the natural light through the southern exposure. There is a wood burning stove located at the base of the stairs between the living room and kitchen / dining to provide the kind of heat that will take the chill out of your bones from a day of sledding, skiing or snowmobiling!
  • The property has wi-fi access and a smart TV in the living room providing access to various common streaming services using your own accounts. The hot tub on the deck also makes for great entertainment year round, but particularly in the winter (accessed through the slider in the ground floor bedroom, or through the front door.
  • Situated on a corner lot abutting a quiet gravel road between Lake St and Warren Wagon, this property is a great location for access to Downtown McCall, nearby public beaches and Brundage!
  • Being on a corner lot, there are 2 (side by side) parking spots in front of the house, and around the corner you can access the 1 car garage. Trailers can be accommodated in one or both of the parking spots in front of the house as long as they're not much longer than a pickup.
  • There are a half dozen restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk of this property including the Shore Lodge, historical Lardos, the Blue Moose, Pueblo Lindo and more!

Deposit, Fees, & Taxes

A cleaning fee of $165.00 will be applied to each booking. A damage deposit of $250.00 will be charged and held until the property is deemed to be free from damages from your stay. Deposits are typically refunded 7 business days after check-out. Taxes vary by location, however all applicable state and local taxes will be added to your booking and paid to the respective taxing agencies as required by law.

Booking Procedure

You may book online through link above, or contact our office directly to book (we will contact you via phone to obtain a credit card). Partial payment is due at time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Rentals shorter than 31 nights are subject to Idaho state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, but may forfeit all or part of third party fees such as those charged by VRBO.com or other online booking services.
