  • Master has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on top. Pack-N-Play stored in closet. Single bathroom has combo tub/shower.
  • Butcher block countertops are a beautiful accent to this remodeled kitchen that is well stocked with dishes and includes common appliances such as a dishwasher, electric range and oven, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker (additional refrigerator in the garage). Kitchen opens to dining area with table that seats six. A high-chair is also tucked away in the property for guest use.
  • The living room is centered around both the wall-mounted television. Seating for 5 is accommodated by a beautiful tanned leather couch and 2 arm chairs. There is a mini-split air conditioner in the dining area to cool the main living area. There are multiple fans throughout the property that can be used to circulate cool air into the bedrooms as needed.
  • High speed Wi-Fi internet provides streaming access to various services on the smart TV mounted in the living room. There are toys and games for all ages as well.
  • Just a short distance off the main North / South street into McCall this property is an easy walk to shopping and multiple dining locations include the historic 'Mill'.
  • This home was recently remodeled using a lot of wood accents from floor to ceiling, tile throughout high traffic areas and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms.
  • Parking will typically accommodate three standard sized vehicles in the driveway. Garage is not available for guest parking.

Deposit, Fees, & Taxes

A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be applied to each booking. A damage deposit of $400.00 will be charged and held until the property is deemed to be free from damages from your stay. Deposits are typically refunded 7 business days after check-out. Taxes vary by location, however all applicable state and local taxes will be added to your booking and paid to the respective taxing agencies as required by law.

Booking Procedure

You may book online through link above, or contact our office directly to book (we will contact you via phone to obtain a credit card). Partial payment is due at time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Rentals shorter than 31 nights are subject to Idaho state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, but may forfeit all or part of third party fees such as those charged by VRBO.com or other online booking services.
