Cozy single level home with attached garage in the quiet residential Jacob's Manor neighborhood at the south end of McCall. Very convenient and affordable location for access to McCall, Brundage, as well as heading south to Tamarack. Less than a mile from Ridley's for your groceries - you can also proceed straight north on N 3rd St. into McCall, or easily jump on Boydstun to skirt around McCall and head for Brundage. This long time family home has been well maintained and well stocked to accommodate guests for year-round affordable access to the West Central Mountain area playground.

Master has king bed with en suite bathroom that has a combo tub/shower. Second and third bedrooms have queen beds. Guest bath has combo tub/shower.
Open floor plan places the kitchen central to the living and dining spaces. Well equipped kitchen has an island with seating for 3, and the dining area has a dining table with seating for 6.
Warm and comfortable living room with 2 overstuffed leather recliners, a comfy lounging chair and a plush couch to accommodate seating for 6.
Wi-fi internet is available in property as well as a flat-screen TV with Roku to enable streaming of your favorite content using your own logins.
Single level home with attached garage and grassy yard surrounding the home. Quiet residential neighborhood.
There is a small patio accessible through the dining area, and a charcoal BBQ that can be brought out of the garage for cooking out!
Attached 2-car garage accommodates easy-off street parking. The driveway will only accommodate a single vehicle parked perpendicular to the garage and parallel to the street. In the winter, the parking outside of the garage becomes very limited due to snow removal.

Deposit, Fees, & Taxes

A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be applied to each booking. A damage deposit of $1,800.00 will be charged and held until the property is deemed to be free from damages from your stay. Deposits are typically refunded 7 business days after check-out. Taxes vary by location, however all applicable state and local taxes will be added to your booking and paid to the respective taxing agencies as required by law.

Booking Procedure

You may book online through link above, or contact our office directly to book (we will contact you via phone to obtain a credit card). Partial payment is due at time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Rentals shorter than 31 nights are subject to Idaho state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, but may forfeit all or part of third party fees such as those charged by VRBO.com or other online booking services.
