Second & third guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, and fourth has 2 sets of bunk beds w/ twin mattresses (4 mattresses total). There is a shared bathroom on the upper floor w/ combo tub & shower, and a half bath on the main level.
• Large, beautiful kitchen with copper countertops and sink. Has stacked double-oven, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge / freezer and drip coffee maker. Well equipped with place settings for 10+. Semi formal dining room to one end of the kitchen with dining table that seats 8. Kitchen bar seats 3 additional, and a smaller nook table in the breakfast nook seats an additional 5-6 people (great kids table, on the opposite side of kitchen from the dining area).
• Main living room is open to the more formal dining area and boasts large windows all around to take in that great natural light! Brand new large sectional wraparound couch comfortably seats 6+ people. The secondary living room, also on the main floor is focused around the wood-burning stove with a love seat that also contains a pull-out full/double bed.
• Depending on the season - the outdoor spaces are by far the best entertainment! Large deck out back, yard in the front and access to the river just across the street (primitive path). With a Gas BBQ outside and dining or lounging furniture - you're sure to find yourself outside! Alternatively, this property contains a giant smart TV in the living room, another in the master, another in 2 of the 3 guest rooms. Streaming TV services available with your own accounts, high speed wi-fi available.
• Located down a quiet street just minutes from Lake Street, this property is situated on a largely shaded lot just across the street from Payette River. By bike or even on foot, you're only a few minutes from Rotary Park & public beach on Payette Lake, and a couple great dining options including Alpine Pantry, Shore Lodge, and Lardo. Well maintained roads & driveway in the winter with large garage access to unload & thaw the toys.
• You won't find a much better location than this to explore McCall & surrounding areas! You feel like you're out in the woods but you're just minutes in any direction from numerous dining & retail options, lake access, river access, Brundage Mountain Resort, Ponderosa State Park, as well as numerous motorized and non-motorized trail systems offering year-round recreation.
• Driveway is wide and has shallow turns off the main roadway to accommodate longer snowmobile & ATV / UTV trailers (please no camp trailers / RV's).
