• The upstairs master suite is similarly outfitted with an infrared heater / fireplace with a large Smart TV situated above it - both at the foot of the large king bed. Third floor window provides skyline / treetop views. Wireless internet is provided, and both televisions provide the ability to stream your favorite services using your own accounts.
• This home is situated at the south end of the Broken Ridge townhome development, in a corner unit. This 3-level townhome provides the best unobstructed views and minimal noise from neighboring units. Well manicured landscaping through the development, provide for a tranquil place to relax while also providing quick access down to the lake, out of town toward Brundage or in the other direction to Tamarack.
• This home has forced air heat and central air conditioning as well as the 2 infrared heaters to manage the temperatures throughout.
